Explaining 'UNfortuna' (Eva's playlist)

WARNING: may reference things like suicide and NSFW topics

I'm going to be explaining the songs in Eva's character playlist because I want to :3

#1 - My Alcoholic Friends; The Dresden Dolls

Because of Eva's alcoholism that keeps coming back. Also the second verse can also reference to him sleeping with a lot of people, hence not knowing the 'name of who is waking up beside' him.

#2 - Laplace’s Angel (Hurt People? Hurt People!); Will Wood

Difficult to describe but Eva's done a lot of bad things and doesn't feel remorse.

#3 - My R; Lollia

References the time that he's suicidal

#4 - Bag of Bones; Mitski

Look above. A lot of lore is also based off of this song, I love it so much.

#5 - Verrückt; Eisbrecher

The title means 'crazy' in German. It's largely based off of the vibes but I can also find parallels to Asami and Eva's toxic relationship. For example, 'Du glaubst, ich versteh dich, ich quäl dich doch nur' (You believe I understand you, I'm just tormenting you).

#6 - Du hast; Rammstein

This parallels his relationship with Asami too, because he actually doesn't love her and wouldn't want to be 'married' to her.

#7 - Giftig; Rammstein

Song basically describes Eva and how toxic she is.

#9 - Tell Me I'm A Wreck; Every Avenue

Largely describes his relationship with Asami (and Co-Pie). The irony (because the singer, who in this hc is Eva, blames the other person even though he's almost always the one who does the bad things) also fits Eva a lot, because he often doesn't see his own faults.

#10 - I Don't Love You; My Chemical Romance

The song perfectly describes his difficult and strange relationship with love.

#12 - The Bidding; Tally Hall

Refers to how Eva likes to change bits of himself to be able to sleep with women, but how women also end up wanting to 'bid' for him.
