She has pale lavender skin and nevus anemicus, which is why there are lighter spots on her body. There are also sores all over her body. She has hooded eyes, eyebags and red lips. Her hair is wine red and messy. She has deer hooves for feet, has sharp nails and has pointy ears. A large thorn pierces her right eye, her heart, her stomach and the base of her back (the end makes it look like a small tail). There are also smaller thorns on the surface of her skin; For example on her calves and where her ribs are.

Due to the thorn it is difficult for her to wear clothing so she usually only wears shorts.

She and Vert cry stars and have pointy ears and deer hooves. Vert, Eck and Skill-X's arms and legs gradient into a darker color.
